Start with Mining.
90 minutes with Brian. We map what's bleeding, what's burning, and what your team has stopped reporting because they've given up. You leave with a stabilization plan and a read on whether to run the install yourself, with Brian, or fully through MTI Global.

The four workbooks.
The install runs in four phases over roughly 120 days. Each workbook is a full day, spaced one to two weeks apart. The 90-day execution sprint runs between Action and Affirm.

Mastering (Assess)
Map the client journey, lock the vision and core values, set the 3-year picture and 1-year plan, identify the few priorities that actually drive the business.

Mentoring (Align)
Build the SOPs and playbooks. Get the leadership team in the right seats. Lock the meeting rhythm. Run the 2-year forecast.

Maximizing (Action)
Prioritize the three to five moves that matter this quarter. Write the SMART goals. Set the areas of approval so the team can move without you. Produce the 90-day sprint plan.

Monitoring (Affirm)
90 days later. Return and report. Did it hold? What worked, what didn't. Reset and write the next 90.
